Koch Air Directors & Officers

 

Brad Muehlbauer – Director
Koch Air, President 

Brad serves as a director on the boards of Koch Air, Audubon Metals, South Western Communications, Koch Enterprises, and the Koch Foundation.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from the University of Michigan. Previously, Brad served as Vice President of Operations for Koch Air, and prior to Koch Air, Brad held several management positions at Gibbs Die Casting. Brad has also worked as a project manager at BP, and as a management consultant for KPMG. 

Brad volunteers in the community by serving as a director of the EVSC Foundation Board, United Way of Southwestern Indiana, Christ the King School Board, and Tomorrow’s Workforce.

Kevin R. Koch – Chairman
President, Koch Enterprises, Inc.

Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of Koch Enterprises, Audubon Metals, Brake Supply, George Koch Sons, Gibbs Die Casting, Koch Air, SWC, Uniseal and the Koch Foundation.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business. Kevin currently serves as a board member on the Economic Development Coalition of SW Indiana, Tri-State World Trade Network and Catholic Foundation.

Prior to joining Koch Enterprises, Kevin was President of Brake Supply for six years. Kevin was also at Gibbs Die Casting for six years, serving as Purchasing Manager. Also while at Gibbs he was the Project Manager for the construction of the Gibbs-Hungary factory and lived in Hungary for a year. Other past work experiences include Manager of Web Hosting Services for Electronic Data System (EDS), Plano, TX; Buyer for Ford Motor Company, Cincinnati, OH; Engineer and Source Development Specialist in the Power Generation Business Unit for Siemens (formerly Westinghouse Electric) in Orlando, FL.

James H. Muehlbauer – Director
Koch Enterprises, Vice Chairman

Jim-M.jpgJim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Administration from Purdue University and is a registered Professional Engineer and holder of 4 US patents.

Jim serves as a director of Koch Enterprises, Inc., Audubon Metals, LLC, Brake Supply Company, Inc., Gibbs Die Casting Corporation, George Koch Sons, LLC, Uniseal, Inc., Koch Air LLC, Southwestern Communications, Anchor Industries, Inc., Fifth Third Bank, Indiana and the Koch Foundation.

Jim is a member of the University of Southern Indiana School of Business Board of Advisors, past Chairman of the United Way of Southwest Indiana, and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deaconess Health System. In 1991, he received the Purdue University Alumni Association Citizenship Award. In 2012 he was inducted into the Evansville business hall of fame. 

 

Susan E. Parsons – Director
Koch Enterprises, Chief Financial Officer

Susan-Parsons.jpgSusan also serves as secretary and treasurer for the Board of Directors of Koch Enterprises, Inc. and Comfort Financial. She is the assistant secretary and assistant treasurer for George Koch Sons, assistant treasurer for Gibbs Die Casting and secretary for Uniseal and Brake Supply.

Susan is a director of Koch Air and the Koch Foundation.

Susan is a Certified Public Accountant, and graduated with honors from Purdue University with a BSIM. Professional associations in which Susan participates include: Institute of Management Accountants, Indiana Society of CPAs and AICPA.

Currently Susan serves as director and treasurer of the YMCA and director of the USI Foundation. Past community activities consist of director and secretary of United Way, Chairman of the Planning Committee, director of Southwestern Indiana Easter Seal Society, director and treasurer of the Volunteer Action Center, and director and treasurer of Family and Children's Service and director and treasurer of Youth Resources of SW Indiana.

 

 David M. Koch – DirectorDavid-Koch.jpg
President, Brake Supply Co., Inc.

David serves as a Director of Koch Enterprises, Brake Supply, Koch Air, Audubon Metals and the Koch Foundation.

David graduated from Purdue University with a BSME and received a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business. Previously, he held positions as the VP of Residential Sales for Koch Air LLC, managing the Residential and Parts & Supplies and Marketing Teams from 2008 through 2011. Prior to Koch Air he started and ran Comfort Financial Services, a financing company for residential and commercial HVAC systems from 2003 through 2007. He served as branch manager at Koch Air Indianapolis for four years beginning in 1999. His other past experiences include: working as a marketing manager for Sunbeam Corporation and a financial analyst for Sensormatic in south Florida.

 David is active in the community by committing time as a member Evansville Museum Marketing Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of the Evansville Industrial Foundation. Past community activities consist of serving on the Board of Trustees for the Evansville Museum, volunteering at the Evansville's Historic Reitz Home, serving as a Director of the Koch Family Children's Museum of Evansville and as a Director of the Wesselman Nature Society.

 

Cindy Spaetti – OfficerCindy-Mitchell.jpg
Koch Air, Secretary & Treasurer

Cindy graduated cum laude in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana. Cindy also is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a member of the Institute for Management Consultants (IMA).

She has been with Koch Air since 1995; previously she held the position of accounting manager before becoming Koch Air’s chief financial officer. Currently she also serves as an officer on the Board of Directors.

 

 

 

Glen Muehlbauer – Director
Koch Air, Vice President - Operations and Organizational Development

Glen served as the Koch Air Human Resources Director for more than four years prior to assuming his current role. Prior to joining Koch Air, Glen held Human Resources positions of increasing responsibility with Raytheon and Corus Bank. Glen has degrees in Human Resources and Economics from Xavier University and a MBA from Purdue University.

Glen serves as a board member for the Koch Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Evansville, Junior Achievement of Southwest Indiana, and the Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana.
